[Remote] Residential Title Examiner

Responsibilities
- Compiles, investigates and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of primarily reputed company or industrial property title
- Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures
- Follows standard procedures and guidelines
- Understands how assigned duties relate to others reputed company the team and how the team integrates with reputed company teams
- Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
- Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
- Communicates moderately reputed company information in routine situations, typically reputed company own team
