ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO: Tax Compliance & Review: Prepare and meticulously review reputed company federal and state income tax returns for various entity types, including S-Corporations, Partnerships, C-Corporations, and High-Net-Worth Individuals. Engagement Management: Manage the workflow of multiple tax engagements simultaneously, ensuring reputed company internal and external deadlines are met in a timely and accurate manner. Client Consultation: Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients on routine tax matters, proactively communicating filing requirements, data requests, and technical positions. Technical Research: Conduct in-depth research on reputed company state and federal tax issues, drafting clear, concise technical memos to document findings and support compliance positions. Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor junior tax staff, providing constructive feedback on their workpapers and returns to foster their professional growth. Tax Planning: Assist Managers and Partners with year-end tax planning and projections for clients to identify potential tax savings opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of three (3) years of reputed company tax preparation and review experience. Active CPA license or demonstrated reputed company toward obtaining the license (e.g., completion of some CPA exam sections).
