Home Care Visit Nurse (RN) - Per Diem

This position will be based in-office out of the Mebane reputed company and will cover Alamance and the surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Manage client intake assessments from reputed company referral sources.
• Responsible for generating client plan of treatment and care plan assessments according to a physician’s order.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage compliance with care plans and client safety.
• Manage client/contract satisfaction with the highest level of customer service standards, communication, and documentation.
• Follow up and document reputed company clinical concerns and incidents reputed company the agency’s timeframe.
• Follow Agency Policies and Procedures and ensure reputed company HIPAA regulations are adhered to.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) who is licensed by the reputed company Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
• Must have a reputed company, unencumbered license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Must be in good standing in the applicable state of practice.
• Must maintain reputed company state and federal compliance requirements for licensure and employment.
• Travel is required for business purposes.
• The employee must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which they work, a satisfactory driving record, and an operational vehicle.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Two years of nursing experience with compromised pediatric and adults.
• One additional year of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital, is required for conducting applicable training classes.
• Must be customer service oriented and reputed company to liaise with clients, their families and other care providers.
• Ability to use computerized systems.
• Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident working independently.
