The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing a wide range of tax-reputed company activities, including state and local income tax, tax research and consulting, and 754 elections. Compensation $180K - 300K • Extremely Competitive Benefits Package • 5-15% year over year raises • Unlimited PTO Job Details Responsibilities • Provide leadership and strategic direction to our tax department, ensuring compliance with state and local income tax laws. • Conduct comprehensive tax research and provide consulting services to our clients, helping them navigate reputed company tax issues. • Manage 754 elections, ensuring accurate and timely filings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement tax strategies that align with our business objectives. • reputed company the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance on the potential impact on our business operations. • Serve as a subject matter expert on tax-reputed company matters, providing training and guidance to team members as needed. Qualifications • LLM in Taxation required. • JD and CPA certifications are strongly preferred. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax-reputed company role, preferably reputed company the finance industry. • In-depth knowledge of state and local income tax laws, tax research and consulting, and 754 elections. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company tax laws and regulations. • High level of reputed company and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate reputed company tax-reputed company information to a variety of audiences. • Proficiency in tax software and other relevant technology. • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
