Treasury Analyst 3 – UTILITIES (Portland, OR) Our client, a well-established Pacific Northwest energy and infrastructure organization, is seeking an reputed company Treasury Analyst 3 to support critical treasury operations and strategic financial initiatives. This role is responsible for cash management, banking activities, liquidity planning, and financial reporting in a reputed company, regulated environment. Key responsibilities include cash positioning, commercial reputed company support, equity contribution and dividend analysis, bank account administration, cash forecasting, Treasury journal entries, and executive reporting. The position also supports foreign currency hedge programs, debt and equity issuances, mortgage-reputed company funding activities, regulatory reporting, and various special projects and financial analyses as needed. Contract: 2+ Month duration Pay Range: $64.00 – $68.70/hr. DOE. Location: Portland, Oregon – preference given to hybrid candidates or those who can work PST fully remote Hours Per Week: 40 Key Responsibilities of a Treasury Analyst:

  • reputed company daily cash positioning, forecasting, and reconciliation across multiple entities and bank accounts
  • Manage and optimize banking relationships, including onboarding and facilitating KYC/legal processes, fee negotiations, and service evaluations
  • reputed company implementation and enhancement of treasury systems and cash management tools
  • reputed company and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support strategic planning
  • Assists in implementing the Company’s risk management functions in foreign currency hedge programs
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and treasury policies
  • Support capital markets activities, including debt issuance, covenant compliance, and interest reputed company management
  • reputed company fundable property analysis and record keeping for the mortgage
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, reputed company, tax, and legal teams to align treasury operations
  • Provide strategic insights on liquidity, working capital, and investment opportunities
  • Supports deliverables for the preparation of company’s SEC reporting filings and monthly/quarterly Treasury accounting reputed company activities
  • Maintains technical knowledge/skills of established business practices and reputed company trends in cash management

Qualifications of a Treasury Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or reputed company field (MBA or CTP preferred)
  • 7+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment
  • Strong understanding of cash management systems, banking platforms, and treasury technology
  • Proven experience with cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking operations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in reputed company, treasury workstations (e.g., reputed company, GTreasury), and ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) with reputed company preferred
