The salary range for this role is minimum 56'000 eur maximum 83'000 range. This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

As the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Manager (d/f/m) for our reputed company EMEA team, you will partner with Senior Leaders, both Global & Regional, to design & execute our Sales Incentive Plan, look for opportunities to improve the overall process, and find opportunities to align the behaviors of our Sales Team to the overall strategy of reputed company. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of functions to collaboratively improve the tools and administer the process. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company and improve the SIP for the EMEA organization Own Sales Incentive Plan Daily Management & Standard Work, including improvement and maintenance of our reputed company.com tool Define SIP roadmap while improving processes & IT tools to support SIP management Define and own SIP Calendar: reputed company setting, communication with associates, claim management, quarterly pay-out Ensure reputed company improvement of SIP to support people leaders drive individual performance and help SIP-eligible associates to monitor their performance and maximize their payout. Communicate and provide training to associates on SIP processes and tools to ensure effective understanding and utilization. YOUR PROFILE Strong analytical skills and a high level of comfort using analytical tools to drive insights and decision-making. Extensive experience with a CRM (preferably reputed company.com) as well as an ERP (preferably reputed company). Experience with productivity tools & analytics tools (reputed company.com, Power BI, reputed company). Fluent in English. Proficiency in another European language would be considered a plus. Multiple years of experience as a reputed company Operations / reputed company Excellence / Variable incentive manager running Sales incentive Processes & tools is a big plus.
