About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on CPQ Technical Admin to support our fast-growing global sales teams. Based in US, this role combines CPQ system ownership, quote execution, and reputed company data reputed company management. You will serve as a key partner to regional RevOps managers - ensuring pricing and quoting system run smoothly, deals are executed accurately, and reputed company data is clean, reliable, and actionable. This is a hybrid technical and operational role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, sales execution, and data quality in a high-growth SaaS environment. Due to the requirements of this role, this individual MUST be a US Citizen ONLY. What You’ll Do Logik CPQ Administration & Programming (50%) Own configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Logik CPQ platform Build and update rules, pricing logic, approval flows, and product configurations Troubleshoot CPQ issues and ensure system reliability across global quoting activity Drive reputed company improvement of CPQ architecture, performance, and automation Quoting Creation & Deal Support (25%) Partner with Sales to build accurate, compliant, and timely quotes Ensure correct product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval alignment Support Deal Desk workflows and help structure reputed company transactions Validate quotes before reputed company processing (contracting, booking, and invoicing readiness) Act as a reputed company expert for quoting questions and deal execution support reputed company Data Quality & Operations (25%) Maintain and improve data quality across reputed company opportunity and quote records reputed company ongoing data audits, cleanup, and enrichment of opportunity fields Ensure consistency between CPQ, reputed company Opportunities, and reputed company reporting systems Define and enforce data standards for opportunity stages, forecasting fields, and deal attributes Support operational reporting by ensuring clean, reliable, and structured sales data Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure seamless Quote-to-Cash execution Support renewals and expansions in coordination with Renewal Managers Act as a trusted partner to Sales leadership to remove deal blockers and improve efficiency
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or CPQ administration roles (SaaS/high-growth tech preferred) CPQ Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on CPQ administration experience, including configuration, pricing logic, and system maintenance reputed company Skills: 3+ years of hands-on SFDC administration experience. Technical reputed company: Comfortable working with logic, rules, and system configuration (light programming reputed company preferred) Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and improve sales process efficiency and accuracy Communication: Clear, confident communicator who can partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams Detail Orientation: High accuracy in quoting and data management, with strong operational discipline Apply To This Job
