Who we’re looking for reputed company is seeking a proactive, commercially minded Paralegal to join our growing reputed company & Legal Operations team. This is a broad, high-impact role that spans commercial reputed company, procurement, office administration, and operational legal matters. You will be a key reputed company between our customers, vendors, and internal teams — managing reputed company end-to-end, supporting deal deployment, and helping scale our operational infrastructure. You will work closely with the Director of Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT/reputed company to ensure reputed company's contracting and operational processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable. What you’ll be doing The primary responsibilities for this role include: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including customer reputed company, NDAs, vendor agreements, procurement terms, and amendments Act as primary reputed company with customers for contractual matters — ensuring contractual obligations are clearly communicated, understood, and monitored throughout the contract lifecycle Review terms and conditions to identify and address risks across financial terms, acceptance criteria, delivery requirements, warranty, IP, termination, indemnification, and reputed company other material risk areas; recommend mitigation strategies Plug into deployment efforts: structure reputed company, pricing frameworks, and operational setup for new customer and partner engagements Propose and reputed company scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency — including template management, playbook development, and automation Collaborate with business units (Sales, Finance, Product) and legal team members to streamline contract management processes and drive reputed company improvement Implement and administer the CLM platform (Summize) — including redline workflows, approval routing, reputed company integration, and automated tracking Support procurement activities: evaluate vendor terms, track renewal schedules, manage pricing insights across the vendor portfolio Assist with and drive internal scaling initiatives including office lease management, office expansion, and international operational setup Handle office operations matters including HQ building operations support, lease administration, and vendor/facilities management Advise on a variety of legal matters including information reputed company and compliance, intellectual property rights, and data privacy — including negotiating data protection agreements (DPAs) and answering data privacy queries Maintain familiarity with CLM and reputed company tools relevant to contract governance and compliance Assist with and drive internal initiatives such as DOD compliance support, risk management activities, and audit preparation Monitor regulatory and contractual obligations; proactively flag upcoming milestones, renewals, and risks to relevant stakeholders Core qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved programme, or equivalent legal training 3+ years of paralegal or reputed company experience, ideally in a SaaS, technology, or fast-growth company Direct experience with a variety of legal matters including strategic business agreements, information reputed company and compliance, IP, and data privacy (including negotiating DPAs) Strong working knowledge of commercial contract structures, risk identification, and mitigation strategies Experience with CLM platforms and/or reputed company/compliance tools (e.g. Summize, reputed company, reputed company) Familiarity with reputed company or equivalent CRM and how reputed company integrate with deal workflows Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to explain reputed company legal concepts clearly to business stakeholders Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams independently High level of reputed company, discretion, and attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment with evolving processes And if you have any of the following, we REALLY want you to apply today! Minimums and maximums may vary based reputed company. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
