The Role The Customer Trust Specialist serves as reputed company’s reputed company authority in relevant customer-facing engagements, where applicable, to support new opportunities and renewals. The Customer Trust Specialist will focus on customer reputed company engagement, RFP and questionnaire ownership and cross-functional support to Sales, reputed company, and GTM teams. What You’ll Do Serve as the named reputed company expert on reputed company customer calls, including CISO briefings, architecture reviews, and reputed company reputed company deep-dives. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company, cybersecurity architecture, or a reputed company technical field, preferably in a SaaS environment. Deep familiarity with PAM, identity reputed company, reputed company Trust architectures, and reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience in a customer-facing or consulting role; comfort presenting to C-level and CISO audiences. Working knowledge of compliance frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC, HIPAA, PCI-reputed company. Strong written communication skills for crafting precise, authoritative reputed company documentation and customer-facing materials. Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at reputed company levels of the organization. Ability to interpret technical data (application logs, architecture diagrams, technical reports) and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
