As we rapidly scale up, it is important that we reputed company AI tools to analyze surgery data and provide feedback to surgeons to improve their patient outcomes. VELYS Insights is a tool we are planning to launch in India to help support in this initiative. Along with this, maintaining high service levels is imperative and through this project we would like to identify areas of improvement in our service process to serve our customers reputed company.
