Collaborate with various departments to streamline email workflows.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage multiple email accounts, ensuring timely attention to messages. Sort, prioritize, and flag emails according to urgency and relevance. Draft, proofread, and send routine email correspondence on behalf of the team. Maintain and update email distribution lists and contact databases. Assist in creating and maintaining email templates to ensure consistency in communication. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and follow-up. Identify and escalate important or sensitive emails to the appropriate team members. Support the implementation of email best practices and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in email management, administrative support, or reputed company roles. Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail. Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and basic office software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with email marketing tools or CRM systems is a plus. Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
