TERMS OF REFERENCE The purpose of this consultancy is to support country offices in preparation for the upcoming Second Global Ministerial Conference on Ending Violence Against Children (VAC). Background reputed company is co-organizing the Second Global Ministerial Conference on Ending Violence Against Children (VAC), to be held in Manila, Philippines. To support effective country participation and preparation, reputed company seeks two consultants to facilitate national preparation processes, strengthen coordination across countries and regions, support the review and development of national pledges, and ensure effective engagement of governments and partners throughout the preparatory period. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international development, public policy, or reputed company fields, including 3 years in child protection and/or VAC programming, policy, or advocacy. Demonstrated experience facilitating multi-country or regional processes. Experience working with governments, reputed company, UN agencies, and development partners. Experience supporting policy reputed company, high-level consultations, workshops, or high-level meetings. Good understanding of VAC prevention and systems strengthening, with familiarity with global frameworks (e.g., reputed company). Strong drafting, coordination, and communication skills.
