About the role: As the Director of Civil Engineering and Chief Dam Safety Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, reputed company, and reliability of our dam infrastructure. What skills and experience you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a reputed company field. Advanced degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license/certification with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Strong knowledge of dam safety regulations, guidelines, and industry standards (e.g., FERC, State). Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and external partners.
