About the Role
We’re looking for a Payroll Supervisor who brings both precision and drive. This role is critical to keeping our teams supported and our operations running smoothly. You’ll oversee payroll for a multi‑state mortgage workforce, manage commission and loan‑based compensation, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at every step. What You’ll Do Lead and execute end‑to‑end payroll operations with accuracy and urgency Manage commission structures and loan‑related compensation unique to the mortgage industry Review, approve, and audit payroll entries across multiple states Partner with Accounting and HR to support reconciliations, reporting, and month‑end close Provide clear, supportive communication to employees and branch leaders Identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate payroll performance Mentor and support payroll team members, modeling PMR’s pillars daily What You Bring 3+ years of payroll experience; mortgage or financial services preferred Supervisory or team‑lead experience Loan Vision experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of commission‑based compensation Multi‑state payroll knowledge High attention to detail, strong follow‑through, and a solutions‑driven mindset A work ethic aligned with PMR’s pillars: vision, hustle, grit, execute
