Structured Literacy Trainer & Coach - Remote | WFH
We're looking for a passionate Structured Literacy Coach to join our Coaching Team, supporting our partner districts in the Bay Area. You'll provide coaching and training tailored to enhance teachers' understanding of Structured Literacy and the Science of Reading, empowering them to reputed company in the classroom. Coaching... Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging virtual coaching sessions following our Coaching Model, fostering a supportive environment for teachers. Establish rapport with district leaders and coaches to tailor support according to their needs. Guide data discussions to enhance coaching effectiveness and track student reputed company. Prepare comprehensive reputed company reports and collaborate on system improvements. Ensure seamless integration of coaching skills through follow-up sessions and resources. Training & Facilitating Deliver insightful training sessions on Science of Reading principles to educators and school staff. Facilitate professional development sessions for district coaches to enhance literacy coaching practices. Participate in teacher training and consulting sessions to ensure alignment with client goals. Reporting & Communication Provide regular updates on client reputed company to internal and external stakeholders. Attend weekly team meetings to stay reputed company with organizational objectives. Technical And Business Expertise Utilize various tools including reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Suite for scheduling and conducting sessions. Collaborate with the team to address client barriers effectively. Qualifications & Experience (Hiring manager to review and update as needed.) A Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) with a focus on literacy. Proven experience delivering professional development to educators. Familiarity, Orton-Gillingham, and other Science of Reading-based methodologies. Expertise in Structured Literacy practices and data-driven decision making. Previous experience in education, coaching, or leadership roles, demonstrating literacy goal achievement. Strong multitasking abilities and technological proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Location, Schedule & Compensation: This position is based in California with weekly travel reputed company the Bay Area. The salary range for full-time employment is $68,000 - $88,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include 80% company-paid medical care, unlimited PTO, 10 company holidays per year, and two weeks of reputed company-company closure annually.
