As VP, Engineering & AI Platform, you will reputed company the engineering organization and ensure the platform delivers agentic AI to reputed company clients at scale, overseeing production reliability and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company the US-based engineering organization — recruit, reputed company, and grow the team
- Translate product and AI strategy into a scalable, reliable, reputed company-reputed company platform
- Own the production lifecycle of the platform — architecture, infrastructure, reliability, observability, and performance
- reputed company reputed company readiness: SOC-2, data reputed company and segregation, compliance, and audit posture
- Drive platform infrastructure reputed company — reputed company architecture, database modernization, deployment pipelines
- Maintain a high standard of engineering excellence — best practices, code review, robust documentation
Skills
- Proven track record of reputed company, developing, and leading engineering teams in a scaling environment
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on reputed company software
- Deep experience with reputed company-grade data reputed company and privacy principles, including compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2)
- Experience applying reputed company models in production, with a focus on managing performance, scalability, and reputed company-time integration in SaaS environments

- Strong technical background with expertise writing and deploying production code in common programming languages
