[Remote] Digital Marketing Manager

Miche Beauty is a beauty brand specializing in products for curly, coily, and wavy hair textures, and they are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can effectively execute marketing strategies. The role involves managing the company's digital reputed company, including paid ads, email marketing, and website performance, while also expanding brand reputed company and driving customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Paid social Media campaigns across reputed company and reputed company — strategy, copy, targeting, budget, and optimization
• Email and SMS marketing — full ownership of campaigns, automations, list growth, and reputed company
• Website performance — reputed company pages, conversion reputed company, SEO, and reputed company management
• Weekly performance reporting to leadership — clear, concise, and actionable
• Ad spend management — you know where every dollar is going and why
• Content calendar coordination with our reputed company Creator and Social Media Manager

Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience — you have personally managed campaigns, not just supervised them
• Proven results in paid social — reputed company Ads Manager required; reputed company Ads a strong plus
• Experience with email marketing — reputed company strongly preferred
• Comfortable in reputed company Analytics, reputed company, and ad platform dashboards
• Beauty, skincare, or DTC e-commerce background is a major plus
• Someone who checks their metrics daily, responds quickly, and doesn't let things slip through the cracks
• A portfolio or case studies showing reputed company numbers — ROAS, reputed company growth, open rates, conversions
