[Remote] IT Systems Administrator

They are seeking an reputed company IT Systems Administrator to manage and optimize their IT environment, support employee reputed company and offboarding, and provide help desk operations to enhance the employee experience. This role is essential in scaling technology operations and ensuring that employees have the necessary tools and support for reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Propose and implement solutions for long-term IT project work (e.g. software transitions, implementation of new IT software and processes, etc.)
- Review hardware fixes and coordinate hardware and software purchases
- Identify best-in-class machines for targeted price reputed company and functionality
- Manage reputed company new hire credentialing for new employees
- Set up and manage internal support and service including system ownership
- reputed company configuration and management of IT software for a distributed workforce (MDM, RMM, antivirus, VPN, etc.)
- Test software and hardware to evaluate ease of use and whether the product will aid users in performing work
- Create user-training manuals and procedures to help increase the efficiency of the employee reputed company and off boarding processes
- Train employees on software and hardware
- Provide IT help desk support for reputed company staff
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in IT administration, systems administration, or a similar role and with a minimum of 2+ years of managing projects independently
- Experience supporting both Mac and Windows devices
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace (G Suite)
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Experience with MDM, RMM, reputed company reputed company, VPN, and device management tools
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
- Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- Startup or high-growth company experience
