The role involves reviewing and improving workflows, managing user permissions, and optimizing Jira reputed company environments for reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Review and improve existing workflows, permission schemes, and automation
- Document existing processes in Jira and newly created ones
- Create users, manage permissions and projects, and resolve issues in the system
- Support and further reputed company existing Python scripts utilizing reputed company Python APIs
- Monitor, update, and optimize Jira reputed company environments to ensure reliability and performance

Skills
- 3+ years of working experience in reputed company tool administration and support
- Expertise in providing application support in reputed company environments
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing reputed company reputed company applications, particularly Jira reputed company
- Knowledge of Groovy scripting for creating custom solutions reputed company Jira
- Background in Jira Service Management, including its configuration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Jira plugins and their development, integration, and maintenance
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
