[Remote] Credit Products Specialist II - Franchise Finance

This position will manage an assigned loan portfolio, analyze credit risks, negotiate loan terms, and support the development of junior team members.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with legal teams to review and negotiate credit agreements, ensuring compliance with bank policies and risk management frameworks
- Provide guidance to junior credit professionals, enhancing team capabilities and fostering a strong credit culture
- Identifies and raises to leadership improvement areas in credit processes and procedures
- Uses independent judgement and discretion to reputed company reputed company regarding assigned portfolio
- Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to the assigned portfolio
- Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required

Skills
- Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field or 10+ years of equivalent experience
- Minimum experience required: 4+ Years in reputed company credit analysis, reputed company, or portfolio management
- 4+ years of experience in the direct specialized line of business (Specialized reputed company industries, capital markets, corporate reputed company banking, etc.)
- Advanced financial modeling and risk assessment expertise
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate with clients
- Experience structuring reputed company loan transactions
- Ability to analyze macroeconomic trends and their impact on credit risk
