Responsibilities

Skills

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years leading and developing product teams in high-growth SaaS or fintech environments
  • Proven track record of building and developing high-performing product teams, with demonstrated ability to coach and reputed company individual and team performance
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering successful product strategies that drive reputed company growth, customer adoption, and market differentiation
  • Deep experience in subscription management, billing, embedded finance, B2B2C SaaS, or payments ecosystems. Strong understanding of global commerce, including compliance, taxation, and cross-border transactions is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to earn trust and credibility with engineering teams through strong partnership and execution
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate reputed company technical and business challenges into scalable product solutions
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver technically sophisticated products
