[Remote] Software Development Manager

The role involves serving as a trusted advisor, promoting Agile practices, and facilitating collaboration among teams to enhance project delivery and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership by offering strategic recommendations and reputed company support

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of Direct Management Experience of developers

• Experience working with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance engineers while ensuring they are complying with program processes and norms
• Experience working in a scaled Agile environment
