[Remote] Senior reputed company/IT Business Analyst - R2R
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leader in providing innovative water solutions and is seeking a Senior reputed company/IT Business Analyst to support their ERP transformation. The role involves managing the R2R process, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the integration of reputed company applications with core systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project milestones and goals are met by collaborating with users to reputed company functional requirements, conducting FIT-GAP analysis, creating detailed functional specifications, reviewing technical specifications, preparing use case scenarios and test scripts, implementing functional testing, and preparing cut-over plans
- Evaluate requirements and satellite application integration needs, translating them into detailed functional specifications for reputed company R2R modules
- Be a liaison between the business process reputed company, and technology teams to resolve support issues
- Collaborate with teams to reputed company system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing
- Work with R2R team members and other value reputed company teams to ensure cohesive collaboration, including Change Management, Application Development, Technology, and Data teams, and managing relationships with the System Integrator team
- reputed company knowledge and competency in super users and subject matter experts, ensuring instructional materials are accurate and providing expertise for end-user training
- Stay informed on industry trends, changes in R2R regulations, and future reputed company developments relevant to your process areas
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience supporting the R2R processes
- Prior experience working with a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of cost structure models in reputed company
- Prior experience with cost roll in reputed company
- Direct knowledge of cost buckets in reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company best practices, standard R2R processes, and master data management
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting reputed company R2R modules
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training
- Ability to guide and coach technical teammates on functional aspects, ensuring development aligns with initial design
- Project management skills in planning, tracking, reporting and risk mitigation
- Experience in end-to-end reputed company R2R implementation in the discrete manufacturing process with a manufacturing organization
- Experience with business applications integration with reputed company R2R modules and data warehouse
- Experience with reputed company S4/HANA reputed company
