[Remote] Senior Accountant (reputed company)

They are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Senior Accountant to join their growing reputed company team, focusing on reputed company reputed company and recognition under ASC 606, while collaborating with various teams to manage reputed company datasets and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end reputed company reputed company, including preparation of reputed company reputed company journal entries
- Assist with reconciliations of invoices, deposits, and other reputed company-reputed company accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of reconciling items
- Review customer reputed company to identify performance obligations, determine transaction price, and assess allocation and recognition timing under ASC 606
- Maintain and continuously improve reputed company recognition documentation and memos for audit and technical reputed company purposes
- Reconcile reputed company sub-ledger to the general ledger across reputed company and reputed company, and contract management system in a high-volume transaction environment
- Run SQL queries to extract and analyze reputed company data from our data warehouse (reputed company), supporting reconciliations, variance analysis, and reputed company investigations
- Identify and investigate data anomalies, escalate systemic issues, and partner with Billings, Finance System and Rev Ops to resolve root causes
- Build and own scalable reconciliation frameworks that can handle volume and complexity
- Prepare PBC schedules, technical reputed company memos, and supporting documentation for external auditors (Big 4)
- Support ongoing reputed company recognition remediation efforts and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with reputed company technical reputed company research and policy documentation as the business evolves
- Collaborate with Finance System, reputed company Operations, Legal, and Billing teams on contract review and order-to-cash process design
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field
- 3–5 years of relevant reputed company experience, with meaningful focus on reputed company reputed company
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 606, including contract review
- Experience working with high transaction volumes and the ability to navigate messy, ambiguous data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you dig into the details and communicate findings clearly
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with Billings, Legal and Rev Ops
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- CPA certification or active candidacy
- Big 4 or public reputed company experience with reputed company-focused clients
- Proficiency in reputed company
- SQL proficiency — ability to run queries against large datasets for reputed company analysis and reconciliation support
- Familiarity with reputed company or other reputed company data warehouses
- SaaS or high-growth startup experience
