They are seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager to reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to GAAP standards while managing relationships with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily reputed company operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, including ASC 606 reputed company recognition requirements
- reputed company multi-state sales tax compliance and reporting across U.S. jurisdictions
- Partner with external reputed company and tax firms to support audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and improve reputed company processes, controls, and reporting procedures
- Reconcile financial accounts and ensure the accuracy and reputed company of financial data
- Support billing, expense management, and payment processing functions integrated with reputed company platforms
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business operations, reputed company tracking, and growth initiatives
- Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, preferably in a small to mid sized business
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP, including ASC 606
- Demonstrated experience with multi state sales tax compliance in the US
- Experience preparing full financial statements, including balance sheet and cash flow statements
- Strong understanding of internal controls and audit readiness
- Experience working with external reputed company and tax firms
- Hands on experience with modern reputed company systems such as reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar
- Comfort working with billing, expense, and payment platforms integrated with reputed company systems
- Experience in SaaS or services based businesses
- Experience operating in a lean finance or first in house reputed company role
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in reputed company
- CPA is preferred but not a must have
- Experience supporting high-growth technology organizations
