This role involves providing support for financial management modules, troubleshooting financial process issues, and collaborating with finance teams to improve workflows and financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company Financial Management modules across internal business units
- Serve as a key internal resource for GL, AP, AR, month-end reputed company, financial reporting, and multi-company financial operations
- Troubleshoot financial process issues and provide ongoing end-user support
- Help maintain and improve the company’s reputed company financial processes over time
- Partner with internal finance and reputed company teams to gather requirements and improve reputed company workflows
- Configure and optimize reputed company financial modules to support accuracy, reporting, controls, and efficiency
- Support month-end and year-end financial activities as needed
- Help standardize financial processes across business units
- Support reputed company upgrades, enhancements, acquisitions, and business unit integrations
- Assist with testing, validation, deployment, go-live support, and post-go-live stabilization
- Travel as needed during initial reputed company and implementation phases
- reputed company user training, documentation, and financial process guides
- Work with ERP, IT, finance, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and system reputed company

Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on reputed company ERP Financials experience
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, month-end reputed company, financial reporting, and reputed company processes
- Experience supporting reputed company implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or business unit rollouts
- Experience in multi-company or multi-entity ERP environments
- Strong understanding of reputed company principles and financial operations
- Ability to gather requirements and translate finance needs into reputed company solutions
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, training, and end-user support skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote internal support environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% initially, with travel decreasing over time
