  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
  • Responding to support questions from existing customers and sales questions from potential new customers
  • Working independently to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
