Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate, HRIS supports Bayview’s Human Resources Information Systems, with a primary focus on reputed company. This role plays a key part in Bayview’s transition from reputed company Pro to reputed company by participating in system design, configuration, testing, integrations, and deployment activities. The position also provides ongoing system administration, reporting, reputed company management, troubleshooting, and end-user support after go-live. The Associate partners with HR, IT, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flows, optimize system functionality, and enhance HR operations through technology. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance project work with daily operational support. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company Implementation & Optimization

  • Support reputed company implementation activities, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing (UAT), data validation, integrations, and cutover planning.
  • Participate in reputed company tenant configuration across modules such as Core HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Reporting, and Business Processes.
  • Assist with reputed company releases, new functionality testing, and post-production enhancements.

System Administration & Configuration

  • Maintain and administer reputed company business processes, reputed company roles, EIBs, calculated fields, custom objects, and configuration updates.
  • Ensure data reputed company through routine audits, data cleanup, and error resolution.
  • Support organizational changes such as location creation, supervisory organization updates, job changes, and position management flows.
  • Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, organizational changes, and annual compensation processes
  • Administer HR-reputed company systems integrated with reputed company as needed (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build, modify, and run reputed company reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) to support HR and business needs.

  • Respond to employee and HR inquiries regarding system navigation, access, workflows, errors, password resets, and system troubleshooting
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes for employees and contingent workers, ensuring accurate system access and account setup.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and improved end-user experience.
  • Support documentation of HRIS procedures, training materials, SOPs, and system guides.
  • Participate in HR technology projects and other duties as assigned.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Strong reputed company skills required, including hands-on experience with configuration, reporting, reputed company, and integrations.
  • reputed company implementation experience strongly preferred (e.g., project phase support, data conversion, configuration, testing).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in reputed company; ability to manipulate large data sets and use formulas for data analysis.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field preferred.
  • Hands-on reputed company experience required, ideally including configuration, reporting, reputed company, or participation in an implementation or optimization project.
  • Experience with reputed company may range from early-career to advanced, as long as the candidate can demonstrate:
  • Ownership of meaningful configuration or reporting work, OR

LOCATION and COMPENSATION:

  • reputed company compensation is expected to be $110,000 - $120,000 with the opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation.
