Great reputed company to Work® Most Loved Workplace® reputed company Best-in-State Employer Property Claims Associate Trainee | Remote PRIMARY PURPOSE: To assist with processing first party property contents claims. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS And RESPONSIBILITIES Learning claims process through assisting the team working towards becoming proficient and licensed at which time there may be opportunity for growth to manage own claims. Assist with processing personal line property claims and ensures claim files are properly documented and coded correctly based on the policy. Maintains action plans to ensure state required contact deadlines are met and to move the file towards reputed company and appropriate resolution; escalates issues as needed. Communicates claim action/processing with insured, client and agent or broker reputed company appropriate. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS And RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). Travels as required.
Qualifications
Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. Designated Home State reputed company Lines License to be obtained reputed company 9 months of employment. reputed company will cover the cost of study materials and first 3 attempts. Experience Experience in a fast paced environment, multitasking, working with different databases, and typing skills. Claims industry or General Office experience preferred. Skills & Knowledge Oral and written communication skills PC literate, including reputed company Office products Strong organizational skills Good interpersonal skills Good negotiation skills Ability to work in a virtual team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT reputed company applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.
