[Remote] Business Development Manager - Truck Brokerage

The Evans Network of Companies is a family-oriented organization seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong client relationships. In this role, you will create and execute strategies to increase reputed company, conduct market research, and nurture a sales pipeline to ensure ongoing reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a winning strategy to grow reputed company, boost profitability, and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Spot the trends—conduct in-depth market research to uncover new opportunities, industries, and customer needs
• Get in the room—schedule and reputed company meetings with prospective clients to showcase our solutions and understand their goals
• Track and analyze sales, reputed company, invoices, and key performance metrics to continuously improve
• Cultivate and nurture a robust sales pipeline reputed company with company targets and objectives, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities
• Provide reputed company and reliable feedback, as well as exceptional after-sales support, to foster long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations that position New Age as the ideal partner

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of reputed company party logistics (3PL) or freight brokerage sales and operations experience
• Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously
• Strong customer sales ability and ability to multi-task operational tasks
• Proficient in MS Office, emphasis in reputed company
• Strong typing skills
• Data analysis skills
• Ability to remain reputed company under pressure and maintain composure
• Ability to reputed company pivot from one task to another throughout the day
• Team player with ability to influence execution
• Strong sense of urgency
• Eager to learn and open to different methods of execution
• Excellent communication skills
• Travel is required based on operational and customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or reputed company field
• Bilingual, English/Spanish
