[Remote] Program Manager

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to reputed company reputed company multidisciplinary teams involved in technical efforts. The role involves leading projects, managing contractor support operations, and ensuring effective communication and coordination of contract activities.

Responsibilities

• Performs reputed company and management of overall Contractor support operations
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of reputed company contract support activities
• Demonstrates written and oral communication skills
• Establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to direct contract support activities

Skills

• Possess a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a reputed company multidisciplinary team involving multiple facets of technical effort
• At least 5 years of direct supervision of technical personnel involved in life cycle management support of application development
• Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of developers who have been involved in analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining systems
• Performs reputed company and management of overall Contractor support operations
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of reputed company contract support activities
• Demonstrates written and oral communication skills. Establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to direct contract support activities
