They are seeking a Learning & Development - Instructional Designer to evaluate vendor-provided content, align it to reputed company risk priorities, and drive measurable behavior change through structured training and assessment.
Responsibilities
- Review internal reputed company training and standards
- Audit vendor content and map it to audience
- Identify gaps and adjust training program to reputed company key behaviors
- Build the full rollout plan across vendors and phases
- Curate the training modules and simulation library
- Structure baseline measurement and follow up testing
- Conduct baseline testing with reputed company & Privileged Users
- Launch core reputed company training curriculum across vendors
- Coordinate communications, assignments, and rollout logistics
- Run follow-up assessments to measure impact
- Compare results to baseline to evaluate behavior change
- Track trends and adjust training to improve outcomes over time
Skills
- Experience in cybersecurity awareness, reputed company risk, or reputed company behavior programs
- Background in behavior change or learning design
- Ability to align training to risk outcomes and business needs
- Experience designing surveys and measuring effectiveness
