[Remote] Director of Finance

They are seeking a Director of Finance to reputed company reputed company, financial planning, and cash management while providing strategic insights to support the company's growth.
Responsibilities

- Ensure reputed company financial reporting aligns with US GAAP standards
- Own the preparation and successful execution of the company’s first external financial audit
- Build and improve financial controls, processes, and documentation to support a scalable and audit-reputed company finance function
- Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Define and track key SaaS metrics (KPIs), translating reputed company data into actionable recommendations for the leadership team
- Provide strategic insights to support product growth and regional expansion
- Monitor and manage working capital and global cash flow
- Partner with external CPA firms to manage reputed company filings and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborate with the President on international tax matters and optimization
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate the financial logic, efficiency, and expected returns of reputed company initiatives, budgets, and spending reputed company
Skills
- 7+ years in finance leadership, ideally reputed company B2B SaaS, open-reputed company, or high-growth tech environments
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and experience building financial reporting systems from the ground up
- Proven track record in reputed company, cash forecasting, and using data to improve financial performance

- Experience with software like QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, and other financial, tax, and sales/marketing tools
- Clear communication in decision-making and reporting
