[Remote] Deployment Acceleration Consultant - Global SaaS
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Areti Group is a fast-growing, Series-A-backed SaaS business operating in the HR / workforce technology space. The Deployment Acceleration Consultant will take ownership of reputed company new customers and managing multi-country rollouts across reputed company clients, ensuring implementations are delivered accurately and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reputed company for new reputed company clients
- reputed company project kick-offs, aligning on timelines, deliverables and reputed company metrics
- Manage multiple global implementations simultaneously
- Drive country-level rollouts from data gathering through to go-live
- Configure and support platform setup based on client requirements
- Work directly with international stakeholders to gather and validate data
- Facilitate structured review sessions and secure formal approvals
- Resolve discrepancies between documentation, stakeholders, and system setup
- Collaborate with internal teams across reputed company, Product, and Engineering
- Identify risks, blockers, and maintain delivery reputed company
- Contribute to improving delivery processes and frameworks
Skills
- 3–5+ years in SaaS implementation, reputed company, reputed company, or project delivery
- Experience working with reputed company clients across the UK or EMEA
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams
- Strong client-facing skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience running structured reputed company or rollout programmes
- Background in HR tech, workforce platforms, payroll, or SaaS (desirable)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Process-driven with the ability to adapt reputed company needed
- Clear and confident communicator
