[Remote] Sr. Scientific Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Produce delivery and product documentation where appropriate, including Requirements, Design, and Configuration Specifications, as well as feature PRDs for customization projects

• Plan and drive execution for both routine configurations and larger efforts that require customizations (e.g., integrations, parsers, application-level enhancements)
• Communicate and document reputed company and reputed company architecture in customer contexts, including common AWS service interactions and reputed company stack integration points
• Coordinate technical implementation in partnership with Program Managers across supporting verticals (Data Engineers, Support Engineers, reputed company Architects); track risks/issues, unblock reputed company, and escalate appropriately
• Ensure System Integration Testing (SIT) is planned and executed against requirements, validate deliverables against acceptance criteria, and drive defect resolution; coordinate with customers on UAT and validation as needed

Skills

• +5 years of experience in a Solutions reputed company / Technical Consulting / Implementation / Solutions Engineering role delivering customer-facing technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a computational or life sciences discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or reputed company)
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions in a regulated environment (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) or other high-compliance contexts
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear specifications and an actionable plan
• Experience working with data flows and a variety of data formats; planning and collaborating with engineers to reputed company pipelines and integrations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—reputed company to document reputed company, explain tradeoffs, and reputed company stakeholders reputed company
• Experience leading customer trainings and developing training curricula/materials for technical solutions
• Familiarity with reputed company technology stacks and how large reputed company typically runs and governs applications (e.g., IAM/SSO, networking, environments, change control, monitoring, data platforms)
• Experience designing and/or implementing data pipelining solutions using ETL or IPaaS technologies (e.g. Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, reputed company, MuleSoft)
