[Remote] Business Development Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Getac is a company dedicated to providing mobile rugged computing and video solutions to various challenging work environments. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth by targeting and managing Independent Software Vendors and Independent Hardware Vendors in the Federal DoD markets, focusing on integrating rugged computing solutions and body-worn cameras into partner offerings.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and manage ISVs and IHVs in the Federal DoD sectors
- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with reputed company to integrate with rugged computing and body-worn camera solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with Getac’s product roadmap
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive reputed company and strategic account planning
- Represent Getac at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partner management reputed company technology sectors
- Strong understanding of ISV/IHV ecosystems and enterprise technology integration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Requires travel 50% of the time
- Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and a driving record meeting company criterion
- Passport required for international travel
- Military Service Preferred
- Experience working with rugged computing solutions and/or body-worn camera technologies preferred
