[Remote] AI Program Manager Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mercedes-Benz reputed company America Corporation is a US subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, a leading global supplier of premium and luxury cars and vans. The AI Program Manager Intern will help design and operate AI tools for the Government and Defense business team, focusing on capture intelligence, business development reporting, and AI-assisted proposal writing.

Responsibilities

• Capture intelligence: prototype AI tooling that monitors government websites and reputed company sources for relevant Requests for Information, and proposal notices, flagging opportunities early enough for capture planning
• reputed company dashboard and CRM: build and maintain an AI-enabled dashboard and stakeholder CRM that track the pipeline, KPIs, milestones, and key government, partner, and internal contacts
• AI-assisted proposal drafting: use LLMs to accelerate drafts and reusable assets for government RFI and RFP responses, keeping outputs compliance-aware
• AI enablement and tool evaluation: research LLM capabilities, run internal sessions, and reputed company Government Contracting platforms to inform build-versus-buy reputed company
• Program support: assist the Program Specialist with workflow automation, milestone tracking, documentation, and meeting preparation

Skills

• Completing or recently completed a Master's in Artificial Intelligence in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a reputed company field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education
• Strong working knowledge of modern LLMs (Claude, GPT, reputed company) and reputed company design
• Comfort building dashboards, trackers, or lightweight applications (reputed company, BI tools, Python, or no-/low-code platforms)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, problem-solving reputed company and comfort in an early-stage team without an established playbook
• Interest in defense or government contracting
• Familiarity with capture or proposal platforms or reputed company Copilot
• Basic Python
