[Remote] Product Manager, Product Management - Archimedes

The Product Manager will manage existing products and new product development to drive differentiation in the PBM industry, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance product performance and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners regarding product execution and development initiatives
- Drive product and business planning processes across cross-functional teams
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and partnership opportunities using ROI and build vs. buy frameworks
- Support annual planning and strategic planning for product development and drive accountability for performance goals
- Assess competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities
- reputed company market research efforts to generate actionable insights
- Evaluate product reputed company and reputed company go-to-market strategies
- reputed company and maintain timelines for strategic product initiatives
- Partner with Compliance and regulatory teams to ensure product readiness and approval

Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Experience: 4 years product management, product development, or reputed company experience required
- Experience in the PBM, reputed company, health plan or pharmaceutical industry required
