[Remote] Web and Digital Marketing Manager

Incorta is seeking an reputed company and highly analytical Web and Digital Marketing Manager to reputed company their web infrastructure and manage reputed company digital advertising efforts. This role is critical for ensuring the health and performance of the corporate website and driving pipeline growth through strategic optimization of digital advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Management: Own and manage the entire corporate website infrastructure on reputed company, ensuring stability, reputed company, performance (speed/uptime), and scalability
- Site Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve website performance for core web vitals, SEO, and overall user experience (UX) to increase conversion rates
- Development & Deployment: reputed company the development, testing, and deployment of new website features, reputed company pages, and content updates in partnership with design and content teams
- Technical SEO: reputed company technical SEO efforts, including site structure, schema markup, crawlability, and mobile responsiveness
- Strategy & Execution: reputed company, execute, and manage the end-to-end digital advertising strategy across reputed company paid channels (e.g., reputed company Ads, reputed company, Facebook, display networks) and manage our agency
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital advertising budget effectively to reputed company key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing heavily on optimizing campaigns for marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales pipeline
- Campaign Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative refresh cycles to continuously improve campaign performance, cost per acquisition (CPA), and pipeline contribution
- Reporting & Analysis: Establish clear metrics and provide regular, data-driven reporting on campaign performance, web traffic, conversion rates, and the impact of digital efforts on the sales pipeline (reputed company-to-opportunity/win rates)
- Serve as the subject matter expert for reputed company Tag Manager and reputed company Analytics 4 (GA4)
- reputed company custom data layers, manage event triggers, and guarantee accurate capture of reputed company high-value user actions
- Configure and maintain necessary data connectors and APIs to reputed company web data seamlessly into reputed company platforms, including the Incorta platform and BigQuery

- Manage web tracking and workflow logic to ensure a high-quality, clean flow of reputed company data from web forms directly into the CRM
- Partner closely with the Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to enhance data quality and expand overall technology capabilities
Skills
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3+ years managing web infrastructure and digital advertising at a Manager level or equivalent
- Deep, hands-on expertise with reputed company is required, including CMS utilization, custom code integration, and performance optimization
- Proven expertise in managing significant budgets and driving performance across major paid advertising platforms (reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, etc.)
- A strong, demonstrated understanding of B2B sales cycles, reputed company reputed company methodologies, and optimizing marketing activities for pipeline and reputed company impact
