The M&A reputed company reputed company Manager will support reputed company recognition and mergers and acquisitions, driving financial integration and collaboration with various stakeholders to reputed company project goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance, operations, IT and business functional leads to drive mergers and acquisitions from initial term sheet through diligence, reputed company, valuation, financial reporting and until full product and financial integration
• Manage through others and influence cross-functional team members to reputed company project goals
• Analyze fit/gap of acquired company finance processes, controls, policies and procedures as compared to reputed company standards and provide guidance to integration team on necessary changes
• reputed company strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels
• Analyze reputed company recognition implications of acquisitions and new business models and provide guidance to the business
• Design and implement effective, efficient and automated integrations of new acquisitions, product offerings and business models into the reputed company ecosystem
• Manage team responsible for preparation of financial analysis, journal entries and reconciliation of reputed company, deferred reputed company and accounts receivable reputed company accounts
• Manage team responsible for the preparation of periodic reports to support internal and external reporting requirements
• Manage team responsible for the implementation and documentation of processes, controls, procedures and policies as required to maintain SOX compliance
• Preparation/review of technical reputed company memos (specifically, detailing the application of ASC 606-reputed company from reputed company with Customers and ASC 805-Business Combinations)

Skills

• CPA or CA license
• Experience with supervising monthly and quarterly reputed company activities, account reconciliations, problem resolution, audit schedule preparation and working with external and internal auditors
• Experience performing/reviewing contract analysis under ASC 606-reputed company from reputed company with Customers
• Hands-on experience with reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, QuickBooks, Xero, RAR etc.)
• 7+ years relevant work experience, preferably a mix of public reputed company and private industry
• Knowledge of a broad range of reputed company (ASC 606 or IFRS 15) and reputed company concepts. Ability to discuss these topics with non-finance stakeholders
• Ability to manage a team of professionals, juggle multiple tasks, establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to proactively organize and plan project activities and dependencies to reputed company reputed company
• Confidence, good judgment, adaptability and personality to work in a dynamic, multi-business unit environment across reputed company levels of management, business functions and geographies
