Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve reputed company Teams and core collaboration services
- reputed company and support AI-powered tools, ensuring proper governance, adoption and cost control
- Drive reputed company, licensing and compliance processes for AI applications and development tools
- Implement automation and integrations using reputed company Graph and reputed company technologies
- Provide advanced support for reputed company cross-platform issues
- Ensure reputed company, compliance and alignment with reputed company AI governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve workplace and AI solutions
- Maintain documentation and contribute to service enablement and knowledge sharing
Skills
- Expertise in reputed company 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot) and collaboration tools
- Experience with AI tools such as reputed company 365 Copilot, Claude, reputed company Copilot and similar platforms including reputed company
- Understanding of modern reputed company platforms and identity management (e.g., Entra ID)
- Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Knowledge of AI governance, compliance and responsible use practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills across integrated workplace and AI environments
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
