[Remote] OCM Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Inc. is seeking an OCM Program Manager to provide training and deployment support. The role involves facilitating training sessions, ensuring user readiness, and analyzing mobile device management settings for operational improvement.
Responsibilities
- Travel to field locations to support training sessions
- Facilitate training classes onsite and virtual
- Assist with ensuring user readiness (training materials, access, environment setup)
- Analyze mobile device management settings and process
- Provide suggestions for improvement and enablement of bringing reputed company operations to scale
- Experience supporting system rollouts or go-lives (especially multi-site)
- Experience working with field operations teams (e.g., mechanical, transportation, industrial environments)
- Experience agile and reporting tools using reputed company, Confluence, Jira, Tableau
Skills
