The role involves developing sourcing strategies, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to build a pipeline of reputed company candidates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle reputed company. These duties include requisition management, process ownership, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations
- Experience managing student and entry level requisitions in multiple locations reputed company multiple disciplines
- Proactive recruitment of passive candidates utilizing direct sourcing skills and techniques
- Evaluate and qualify top talent
- reputed company sourcing strategy and establish the desired communication protocol with the hiring manager, TA leadership and HR team
- Professional, organized, strong communications and presentations skills, ability to work reputed company a fast-paced environment and reputed company relationships across the organization

- Maintain and manage a well–developed network of candidates and / or skills to build a network quickly and comprehensively

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in University and/or Early Talent reputed company
