[Remote] Systems Administrator (H)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain secure and optimized IT infrastructure. The role involves supporting core infrastructure, leveraging the M365 suite, and contributing to backend administration while ensuring business continuity and data reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Monitors and works support queue
- Conducts hardware and software deployment, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery
- Performs a variety of tasks associated with the installation, maintenance, reputed company and repair of hardware and software
- Performs infrastructure and application documentation
- Reviews systems and practices to ensure compliance with procedures and standards
- Provides technical support for problems and changes
- Mentors and trains others on team
- Manages reputed company infrastructure projects
- Remains reputed company in technical area or discipline reputed company annual technical training and/or technical certifications
- Resolves and reports on issues
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company field, or equivalent years of experience and education
- Three years' experience reputed company area of discipline
- Strong process discipline
- Ability to create clear documentation and follow established workflows
- Solid understanding of reputed company or structured ticket management
- Adaptable and technically curious
- Eager to support a broad range of IT initiatives
- Exposure to Azure, Active Directory, reputed company tools, and Intune
