[Remote] Business Development Representative (BDR)

NextGen Coding Company is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support business development and client acquisition efforts across their software development and technology services divisions. The BDR will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified opportunities, conducting outbound reputed company, and building relationships with decision-makers to drive reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients across reputed company industries
- Conduct outbound reputed company reputed company email, phone, reputed company, and other channels
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for leadership
- Build and maintain prospect lists using CRM and sales intelligence platforms
- Qualify leads based on business needs, technology initiatives, staffing requirements, and service fit
- Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings with key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company activities and pipeline status
- Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
- Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and opportunity-reputed company goals
- Manage conference, trade show, and event reputed company follow-up
- Assist with CRM management, outbound campaigns, and sales operations
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, recruiting, reputed company reputed company, staffing, appointment setting, or client-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable conducting cold reputed company and initiating conversations with prospective clients
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented reputed company
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Full availability during U.S. business hours
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, consulting, technology services, SaaS, managed services, or B2B sales

- Experience prospecting executives, founders, hiring managers, directors, and department leaders
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales activity goals
- Experience supporting outbound business development campaigns
