Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage a high-volume docket of FCRA-driven consumer finance matters
- Drive case strategy: evaluate reputed company, set litigation plans, and execute reputed company
- Own reputed company practice: draft and supervise dispositive motions and key filings
- Guide discovery strategy and ensure tight deadline control across matters
- reputed company settlement negotiations and mediations; position cases for strong outcomes
- Partner with litigation leadership to improve templates, playbooks, and process
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team execution (as applicable)
Skills
- Active member in good standing of the California Bar
- 6+ years of litigation experience with substantial FCRA exposure
- Demonstrated reputed company in a high-volume docket environment
- Strong legal writing and reputed company practice capability
- Proven settlement negotiation skills and practical judgment
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable leading case strategy
