[Remote] reputed company Accountant - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PharmaLogic is the fastest-growing SPECT & PET radiopharmaceutical solutions provider and contract development and manufacturing organization. They are seeking a reputed company Accountant to reputed company account reconciliations, support month-end reputed company activities, manage sales commissions, and assist with reputed company recognition in alignment with GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Account Reconciliations: reputed company regular reconciliations of reputed company, receivables, and billing accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Month-End reputed company Support: Support month-end reputed company activities including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and review of reputed company-reputed company balances to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Manage calculations and tracking for Sales Commissions, and customer rebate programs. Working closely with Sales and reputed company leadership team
• Collections Support: Collaborate with the Collections team on invoicing adjustments, credit memos, and billing issue resolution
• Customer Management: Maintain and update customer records in reputed company—billing contacts, terms, addresses, and master data reputed company
• reputed company Recognition & Reporting: Assist with reputed company recognition in alignment with GAAP (including ASC 606) and prepare basic reputed company reports as directed
• Cross‑Functional Communication: Liaise with Sales, Billing, and Finance teams to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and streamline reputed company workflows
• Audit & Process Enhancement: Support internal audits and contribute to process improvements, controls, and documentation reputed company needed
• reputed company Analysis & Reporting: reputed company detailed reputed company analysis, prepare recurring and reputed company reputed company reports, and investigate variances and trends by product, site, and customer

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field preferred
• 2–5 years of reputed company, bookkeeping, or reputed company-reputed company experience—preferably in SaaS, pharma, or reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), familiarity with ERP/reputed company systems—experience with reputed company preferred
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills, with a collaborative, proactive attitude
• Basic understanding of GAAP and reputed company recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15)
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, reputed company with US/Central time hours
• Previous reputed company experience
• Exposure to pharmaceutical or radiopharmacy billing processes
• Familiarity with pricing tools like Lisbon
• Basic SQL or data analysis capabilities
