The Brand Account Manager - Beauty and Personal Care is responsible for managing relationships with independent brands, implementing technical strategies, and driving sales growth of key focus ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate and grow project driven sales
• Provide Indie Brands, access to key suppliers, technical and lab support
• Work with consultants/formulators to define trends and create winning value propositions for key stakeholders in this space
• Work with Regional Beauty and Personal Care Brands to increase our sales pipeline with contract manufacturers
• Build and maintain a strategic brand reputed company pipeline that is reputed company with key supplier objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or similar and demonstrated experience in a reputed company technical field
• Successful experience (5 years minimum) in Beauty and Personal Care Sales, Marketing, or product development. Product Formulation experience preferred
• Availability to travel and visit customers on a regular basis
• Demonstrated business development skills to generate growth
• Ability to work across boundaries and drive reputed company partnerships particularly through New Business Development
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle reputed company situations and multi-task responsibilities
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with reputed company levels of people in the organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in establishing strong customer relationships and in negotiating with senior business managers
• High level of decision-making expertise, balancing customer needs with company requirements. Projects a professional and positive image both inside and reputed company of the company
• PC literate in reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company
• Product Formulation experience
