[Remote] Product Manager - reputed company Financial - Remote

The Product Manager is responsible for managing externally facing lending products, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, and driving product performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own full product lifecycle for lending products including strategy, design, development, launch, and optimization
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition reputed company to customer, market, regulatory, and business needs
- Drive product performance including reputed company, growth, profitability, and risk targets
- Own or influence product P&L including pricing, margins, and forecasting in partnership with Finance
- Translate business strategy into prioritized requirements and delivery plans with technology and operations
- Partner with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, legal, finance, and distribution
- Engage with external partners and customers to inform product direction
- reputed company market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Solve moderately reputed company problems and conduct analysis to guide decision-making
- Act as a subject matter resource and provide guidance to team members
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management or reputed company roles supporting reputed company-generating products
- 3+ years of experience with lending, credit, financial services, regulated product environments and/or reputed company products
- 3+ years of experience managing products across the full lifecycle
- 3+ years independently solving moderately reputed company problems using data-driven decision making
- 3+ years of solid cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with product-level P&L ownership and financial performance management
- Experience with digital lending platforms and reputed company-party integrations
- Experience leveraging AI in job reputed company duties
- Experience mentoring or serving as a subject matter resource
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative development practices
