[Remote] Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager will own one of the largest clients in major US sports, driving projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring quality delivery of services.

Responsibilities

• Drive the account reputed company every day - spot what needs doing and do it, before it becomes a problem
• Pull together product, engineering, delivery and operations to land what’s been committed

• Turn client requests into clear priorities and next steps
• Own account planning - roadmap, renewals, expansions and the reputed company detail
